FPL GW 11: Is Having an FPL Team Embarrassing Now?
FPL Classic
There was a time when having an FPL team was something to be proud of. You’d openly share your rank, explain your differential captains to anyone who’d listen, and defend your hits like they were strategic masterstrokes.
But now, there’s a pronounced shift in showcasing FPL teams online: far from posting about full team performances, there are subtler signs: a single player highlight, a quiet move up the ladder, or a spontaneous reference to non-football news.
Derek’s Cole Fired Power (GW 64 / 1st, Total 626 / 1st)
Dewsbury-Hall (9) was the hero that subbed in for Reijnder’s zero and say no more to Joao Pedro (7), and hello to Thiago (13).
Duy’s Duzor (GW 38 / 5th, Total 614 / 2nd)
A couple of weeks ago, Shaw scored 9 points on Duy’s bench. Ever since, he’s refused to make the same mistake, playing four defenders last week, and five defenders this week.
The commitment to Shaw (1) wasn’t rewarded, with Anderson (9) sitting on the pine.
Vu’s Laser (GW 32 / 7th, Total 606 / 3rd)
Vu had Anderson (9) right where he needed to be, on the pitch.
Sandra’s SZ (GW 42 / 4th, Total 593 / 5th)
Sandra was on the wrong side of Chelsea defence with James (1) not being able to make it onto the pitch for 60 minutes.
Brian’s The Liabilities (GW 38 / 5th, Total 558 / 6th)
Brian is on the right side of Chelsea defence with Sanchez (6).
Martin’s Big M (GW 24 / Last, Total 286 / Started GW 6)
Martin is on the left side of the Chelsea defence with Chalobah (6). The Big M clearly wasn’t on the right side because the rest of his team blanked.
Dan’s A-Cunha Matata (GW 46 / 3rd, Total 557 / 7th)
Dan is Bowen’s (4) biggest supporter, captaining him for the third time in four weeks.
Keven’s The Assets (GW 49 / 2nd, Total 599 / 4th)

Top weekly score: Vu’s Laser with 93 points in GW 10.
Top weekly bench score: Duy’s Duzor with 43 points in GW 9.
FPL Draft

Keven’s The Assets (56, 1st) def. Brian’s The Liabilities (39, 3rd)
It’s a good business when The Assets are greater than The Liabilities.
My first draft pick Saka (12) showing his worth over Salah (2).
Derek’s Cole Fired Palmer (15, Last) def. by Duy’s Duzor (40, 5th)
Derek really knows how to have a terrible week. He averaged 1.36 points per player this week.
Duy just needed Derek’s two Chelsea lads to earn him the win: Joao Pedro (7) and Neto (9).
Sandra’s SZ (48, 3rd) def. Vu’s Laser (34, 4th)
Sandra has made some excellent active management moves: double Palace defence for 14 points and snagged Trossard off the waiver wire for 9 points.
Vu’s Forest lads put in some work this week combining for 15 points, but it wasn’t enough.

Keep well stay swell~
