FPL GW 7: Not a Cherki in Sight

The Brighton dream run continues, with new recruit Kostoulas (12) leading the charge. Playing Coventry defender Thomas (3) against Spurs ahead of Gvardiol (0) and Hall (4) was certainly a move and turned out alright.

Derek’s Lacroix-ing out loud (GW 73 / 2nd, Total 503 / 2nd)

The third gameweek in a row where super sub Gomez (8) comes off the bench thanks to transferring out King (2) for Cherki (DNP).

Dan’s New team 9 (GW 70 / 3rd, Total 476 / 3rd)

Mbeumo (8) doing honest work week in week out despite being lower than his starting price. Another tough week of benching headaches, this time DCL (9).

Duy’s Duzor (GW 58 / 4th, Total 460 / 4th)

Rice (9) and Konsa (9) held things together, while Bruno (1) only managed a yellow card against Leeds. Bruno has scored 23 points in one gameweek against Ipswich, and 10 points in the other six gameweeks combined.

Keven’s defconsistent (GW 40 / 6th, Total 434 / 5th)

No Haaland (13 x 2 = 26), no fun.

Brian’s BurnBabyBurn (GW 47 / 5th, Total 398 / 6th)

Getting fancy by captaining JP (4) and it didn’t work out as Haaland outscored him 13 to 2, undoing last week’s efforts. Wissa (1) and Ødegaard (3) continue the run of blanks despite Brian trying to bench Ødegaard before the Cherki incident.
