FPL GW 4: Pascal Gross Profit
All six of us doubled up1 on Chelsea assets v Hull this gameweek and the front 3 all registered a goal or assist.
This was great when it came to scoring points, but being an FPL manager is an entrepreneurial endeavour where we not only look at the top line revenue points scored number, but we also consider the costs to obtain these points to remain profitable.

Statement of profit or loss for the week ending gameweek 4

Investing in Chelsea only leaves us with an almost breakeven result.
Only one FPL manager (Sandra) doubled up on Brighton assets v Coventry this gameweek and Brighton scored 5 goals in the biggest win of the season thus far.

Statement of profit or loss for the week ending gameweek 4

And with that, Sandra had the largest gross profit in GW 4 with 88 points.
Derek's Lacroix-ing out loud (GW 66 / 5th, Total 304 / 1st) (Wildcard)
Derek maintained his lead at the top with new set and forget keeper Pickford (6), bargain buy Konsa (6) and Brentford defcontributor Sangare (4).
Sandra's SZ (GW 88 / 1st, Total 299 / 2nd)
Other than Baddy League differentials Gross (17) and De Cuyper (11), Kinsky’s (7) Spurs kept another clean sheet. Although Spurs’ defence is proving me wrong, they haven’t scored a goal yet this season.
Duy's Duzor (GW 70 / 4th, Total 292 / 3rd)
Gvardiol (11) and Rice Rice (6) baby keep up the good work while Xhaka (1) has his first poor result. Duy’s new Suzuki (2) car conceding 2 goals didn’t meet the safety standards of Verbruggen (8) conceding none.
Dan's New team 9 (GW 75 / 3rd, Total 291 / 4th)
Dan had Raya (14) and the last dragon save a penalty and DCL’s (10) Leeds dismantled Newcastle and Hall (0).
Keven's defconsistent (GW 82 / 2nd, Total 279 / 5th) (Wildcard)
I’m now the only non-Haaland (9) team with double Forest in MGW (8) and Murillo (6).
Brian's BurnBabyBurn (GW 61 / 6th, Total 237 / 6th)
On board the Newcastle fixture hype train of Leeds, Hull, Coventry, Villa, Palace, Everton and Fulham, Wissa (2) fell at the first hurdle. Fortunately, there are 6 more great fixtures to go!
1 Brian doubled up on Chelsea through captaining Joao Pedro.
Bless up,
Keven
